The price of gold on our platform is determined by current market rates. Prices are updated regularly and are valid for the period specified at the time of transaction. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on market fluctuations.
You may buy, sell, or exchange digital gold through our Service, subject to applicable limits and conditions. All transactions are final once confirmed, and we do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.
Physical gold corresponding to your digital gold holdings is stored in secure, insured vaults operated by our trusted partners. Your gold is fully allocated, meaning it is held separately from our assets and is not subject to our creditors in the event of insolvency.
We may charge fees for certain services, and these fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account and transactions.
Payment methods accepted may include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other electronic payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
